[edit] Lilypond or LilyPond

Consistency is needed in whether we capitalise the 'P'. The official site does capitalise it, so I suggest we do likewise, as least for all instances where where the word is in a WikiLink.

[edit] Unable to upload a file

When I attempt to upload a 73 KB *.png, I get the following complaint:

Internal error From LilyPond Wiki Jump to: navigation, search Could not create directory "public/archive/b/b9".

There is additional information somewhat obscured at the top of the page, which I copied from the HTML source:

Warning: mkdir() [<a href='function.mkdir'>function.mkdir</a>]: Permission denied in /home/ftp/lilynet/wiki/includes/GlobalFunctions.php on line 1943
